We run following 4 days Level 2 Award courses :

Door Supervision (Course Duration: 4 Days)
Course Training is delivered in two parts as follows:

Part One - Knowledge based training and assessment:

• Role and responsibilities of Door Supervisors
• Behavioural Standards
• Equality and Diversity
• Civil and Criminal Law
• The Arrest
• Licensing Law
• Customer care and social skills
• Searching
• Drug Awareness
• Recording Incidents and Report writing
• Emergencies (Fire awareness, Health and Safety etc.)

Part Two - Practical Scenario based training and assessment:

• Communication skills
• Conflict management

PSS CCTV Course

To get the SIA qualification for CCTV Operators, you will need to attend a training course and take and pass an exam.Our courses are delivered over 4 days and detailed as follows:

Knowledge and practical based training and assessment - 30hrs

• Role and responsibilities of CCTV operator and other CCTV staff
• Codes of practice, operational procedures and guidelines
• CCTV equipment and its operation
• Control Room communications and access control
• Legislation
• Dealing with incidents
• Surveillance techniques
• Fire and emergency procedures
• Health and safety.
